The earth is soaked
a dozen oceans
suspended within it
oscillating, humming
and in my dreams
there are waves
the size of mountains
and sea creatures
shadowy, massive
gliding along the edge
and dark hedges
a thousand stories
high, where the
shore ends and
the vast unknown
begins.
